"During December
of 1980 they started running these ads down on the subway platforms. Johnnie Walker
had an ad that had a snowing landscape, I can't remember exactly, but I think
the words were something about Johnnie Walker. There wasn't anything in particular
I wanted to alter in the ad. Yet somehow because of all of this great white space
and snow it was the perfect place to draw a row of babies that I had been doing
above ground. Because it was this snowy landscape, it was perfect to do a flying
saucer up in the sky, zapping down into the snow to hit these babies."
